This is a fruit cake recipe that is very easy to make.
You can eat it as it is or use the basic cake recipe to decorate as a Wedding Cake or a Christmas Cake.
There are no spices in this fruit cake so it is a great alternative to the richer Christmas Cake Recipe.
People who suffer from indigestion and heartburn will find the Dundee Cake so much easier to digest.
